    Green Hydrogen Delegation from Germany Visits the UAE

    Advancing Bilateral Cooperation in the Energy Sector - From 12–15 May, the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce (AHK UAE) was hosting a Green Hydrogen Delegation from Germany to the United Arab Emirates. The delegation trip was organised within the framework of the German Energy Solutions Initiative, an export program of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), supporting the internationalization of German energy technologies.

    AHK World Conference 2025 - A Global Network at Work

    In May, the AHK World Conference 2025 brought together leaders and colleagues from the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs). The conference welcomed people from more than 150 locations in 93 countries. It wasn’t just a meeting – it was a strong reminder of how important our global network is, how diverse it can be, and how much we can achieve when we work together.

    YFEL German-Emirati Sustainability Days 2024

    The fourth edition of the YFEL German-Emirati Sustainability Days hosted in cooperation with Khalifa University successfully took place in the months of May and June 2024. Organized by the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry and Commerce (AHK) and supported by the German companies BASF, Linde, Siemens, and Wilo, the two-week initiative was designed to empower youth at driving sustainability solutions in the industry.

    9. Emirati-German Energy Day

    As part of the Emirati-German Energy and Climate Partnership, we proudly hosted the 9th Emirati-German Energy Day on the 13th of January, which focused on the theme: ‘Enabling Flexibility for Successful Renewable Energy Integration’. This partnership serves as a dynamic platform for dialogue between public and private stakeholders to drive meaningful progress in the energy transition.
