On 7 October 2026, we hosted our annual New in the UAE event at Zabeel House The Greens by Jumeirah in Dubai. The evening brought together newcomers and professionals from a wide range of industries for valuable insights into life and business in the UAE, followed by networking and the opportunity to make new connections.
A highlight of the evening was the series of presentations by representatives from the German Consulate General Dubai, the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU) and Meyer-Reumann & Partners. The speakers shared practical guidance on consular matters, Emirati culture and traditions, as well as legal and administrative aspects of living and working in the UAE, providing participants with valuable advice and first-hand insights.
Following the presentations, guests enjoyed an evening of networking in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. People from different industries and backgrounds came together to exchange experiences, establish new connections and engage with businesses from across the UAE.
The event was supported by seven sponsors, who contributed to the evening with their own stands and opportunities for exchange. We would like to thank DELTAKAP Middle East Tax Consultants FZ-LLC, MBG Corporate Services, Meyer-Reumann & Partners, German Medical Center FZ-LLC, Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC, Green AquaTerra Maintenance Services LLC and Deutsche Internationale Schule Dubai for their valuable support.
With a great turnout, engaging conversations and a lively atmosphere, New in the UAE 2026 was a great success. We extend our sincere appreciation to all speakers, sponsors and participants for making the evening such an enjoyable and memorable occasion.
