DER IMPULS is a four-month mentoring initiative that connects Emirati students and young professionals with senior executives from leading German companies in the UAE. The program promotes career development, mutual understanding, and sustainable bridges between German and Emirati business cultures.
The ceremony began with an informal recap session, where mentors and mentees reflected on the past months and shared their experiences. It became clear once again how much both sides gain from the dialogue – whether through professional insights, intercultural learning, or personal growth.
The formal certificate presentation followed during the AHK General Assembly. Sybille Pfaff, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Dubai, and Dr. Martin Henkelmann, CEO of the German-Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce, handed out the official certificates to our mentees – marking a meaningful moment of recognition and appreciation.
