Business VISA Service for AHK Members
The AHK Business Visa Service is available to selected AHK member companies under the new accelerated visa application procedure EAGLE TRACK.
The service facilitates a fast-track submission of Schengen business visa applications through the external visa service provider, VFS Global – without the need to book an online appointment.
EAGLE TRACK – New Accelerated Visa Application Procedure
Starting 1 January 2026, the German Missions in the UAE, together with AHK, has introduced EAGLE TRACK, a new accelerated visa application procedure for business travelers from particularly trustworthy companies with links to Germany.
The new process is based on eligibility according to specific criteria such as economic substance, links to Germany, existing AHK membership, and demonstrated trustworthiness.

Who Can Participate?
Participation is open to particularly trustworthy companies with links to Germany that meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
The procedure applies exclusively to short-stay business trips to Germany (maximum 90 days within 180 days) for employees of participating companies holding a valid UAE residence visa. Business partners and family members are not eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
- Economic relevance (measured by company revenue and number of employees)
- Links to Germany (subsidiaries or branches of German companies, or local firms with proven German business partnerships)
- Existing AHK membership (held for a minimum of six months)
- Particular trustworthiness
Accreditation
Companies are reviewed and accredited by AHK UAE based on eligibility and documentation and approved by the German Consulate General in Dubai. The accreditation is valid for two years. A one-time processing fee of 3,000 AED + VAT applies (separate from the annual AHK Membership fee).
How to Apply
AHK member companies that meet the eligibility criteria can apply for accreditation under the EAGLE TRACK scheme. A new round of accreditations opens every six months.

Applicants are strongly advised to submit a complete application with all required documents. AML Identification & Verification (GwG Compliance)
Anyone wishing to open a bank account with a financial institution in Germany must complete an identity verification process in accordance with the German Anti-Money Laundering Act (GwG), which requires identity checks for both individuals and legal entities abroad. Individuals or companies based in the UAE can contact AHK for support. During a scheduled in-person appointment, we carry out the AML-compliant identification of the individual or entity and verify the identity of the authorized representative. After the appointment, we submit the verified documents and send copies of all required materials (e.g., identification documents) directly to the respective bank in Germany.
