On 26 November 2025, the Wirtschaftsjunioren – Young Leaders UAE officially celebrated their Kick-Off Event at the SLS Dubai Business Bay Hotel. With more than 70 young professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders from various industries, the launch was a strong success and a clear sign of the potential this new community holds.
From the moment guests arrived, it was evident that this evening would be more than a typical networking event. The atmosphere was open, relaxed, and driven by genuine curiosity. Instead of conversations about job titles, participants discussed personal experiences, professional challenges, and the many opportunities within the UAE’s fast-paced business environment. This authentic exchange perfectly reflects the vision of our network: connecting young people who take responsibility, drive change, and want to help shape the future.
The event highlighted just how valuable such a platform is for young talents in the UAE, especially in a market as international, dynamic, and full of opportunity as this one. As part of the global Wirtschaftsjunioren and JCI network, we aim to provide a space where young leaders can learn from one another, grow together, and expand their impact.
