Organized jointly by CCI France UAE and the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK), this special edition brought together representatives from the German and French business communities and provided a platform for exchange and dialogue.
We were honored by the speeches of H.E. Alexander Schönfelder, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the UAE, H.E. Nicolas Niemtchinow, Ambassador of the French Republic to the UAE, Thierry Dezenclos, President of CCI France UAE and our CEO Dr. Martin Henkelmann.
The evening marked the 63rd anniversary of the Élysée Treaty, signed in 1963 as a cornerstone of post-war reconciliation between France and Germany and a lasting framework for political and economic cooperation. More than six decades on, the Treaty continues to stand for sustained partnership and dialogue, including within the international business community.
