What does leadership mean for women in the UAE today - and how has that meaning evolved over time?

Connect and exchange with inspiring female business women from the Emirati and German communities in an interactive session. Our panelists will share their personal journeys, the pivotal moments that shaped their careers, and the challenges they have faced and overcome, whether professional, personal, or cultural.

Our aim is to build a bridge between past and present connecting generations and cultures through shared stories and experiences. By creating a space for meaningful exchange, we hope to inspire collaboration, mentorship, and a collective vision for the future of women’s leadership in the UAE and beyond.
