The concept of “one future” was yesterday. In increasingly complex and uncertain markets, companies need to identify, consider, and evaluate different "futures" – and then position themselves robustly so that they are prepared for various possibilities. Scenario management is a method that has been used successfully in more than 600 projects over the past 30 years. It involves a motivating future-oriented process in which scenarios are jointly developed, evaluated, and integrated into strategy, innovation, and change processes.
