How does our health influence the way we feel, think and perform, both in our personal lives and at work?
 

From monthly hormonal changes to pregnancy, postpartum recovery and menopause, women’s bodies go through different stages that can affect energy, sleep, concentration and overall wellbeing. Yet, these changes are often not sufficiently understood or openly discussed.
 

Join the AHK Business Women Forum for an insightful panel discussion bringing together medical expertise, health coaching and corporate leadership to explore the connection between women’s health and long-term performance. We will discuss how a better understanding of our bodies can help us recognize changing needs, manage stress, build resilience and make more informed decisions.
 

We will also discuss how companies and leaders can better recognize women’s health needs and create working environments where women can thrive at every stage of their lives and careers - with practical insights to support both individual wellbeing and workplace awareness.
