The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will provide members with the opportunity to review the activities and achievements of the German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) over the past year, receive updates from the Board of Directors, and discuss the strategic outlook for the year ahead. The AGM will also include the confirmation of new Board members and the appointment of the auditor for the upcoming financial year. Following the AGM, the Business & Diplomacy Dialogue will bring together distinguished representatives from government and business to discuss the current state and future outlook of UAE–Germany economic relations. The program will feature a keynote contribution from the UAE Ministry of Economy and Tourism, followed by a special fireside chat with the German Ambassador to the UAE and the German Consul General in Dubai, reflecting on their diplomatic experiences and insights after four eventful years in the UAE ahead of their departure this summer.

Important Information & Registration
The AGM and the Business & Diplomacy Dialogue are open to attend to representatives of member companies and invited guests.
Attendance
Participation in the AGM and Business & Diplomacy Dialogue and Reception is free of charge. Each member company may register one or two representatives, depending on their membership category. We encourage all member companies to be represented.
Additional participants from the same company will be placed on a waiting list, and their attendance will be confirmed a few days prior to the event, subject to availability.

Voting Rights at the AGM
Each active member (individual or corporate) who has paid the current year's membership fee, as well as each honorary member, is entitled to one vote.
Corporate entities must vote through their legal representatives or officially appointed deputies.

Proxies
If you are unable to attend the AGM, you may delegate your voting right to another active member attending the AGM or to the CEO of AHK.
