The German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce (AHK) in cooperation with Meyer-Reumann & Partners and Niche Consulting are organizing a series of legal workshops on the subject of:

 "A Legal & Practical Perspective on everyday Employment Matters"

Please find the following dates and subjects for each workshop:

Session 1: Monday, 26th January 2026
Offer Letters and Contracts - How to make them work from the Start

This session will take a detailed look at how to properly onboard new employees. The session will look at Offer Letters, as well as official and private Employment Agreements from both, a legal and a HR professional angle. Participants are encouraged to engage with the presenters throughout the session by asking questions in relation to matters they may be facing at their workplace.

Session 2: Tuesday, 17th February 2026

• Policies and Procedures – Do’s and Dont's for Employers

Session 3: Tuesday, 31th March 2026

• Terminations I – Termination Process – The best way to prepare for a pain-free Termination

Session 4: Tuesday, 14th April 2026

• Terminations II – Termination Meeting – Common mistakes when communicating the Termination to an employee and how to avoid them

All Workshops, including Breakfast, will take place from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the Media One Hotel, Dubai.
