Join us for a brief yet deep dive into what leadership means. In this engaging mini-workshop, HR professionals and seasoned executives will sit together for a candid circle conversation about the essence of leadership. We’ll question the idea of “good leadership,” revisit timeless insights from classic leadership studies, and explore the leading-coaching style - what it is and how it can strengthen your leadership toolkit. We’ll wrap up with hands-on practice in listening and questioning skills you can apply immediately.
The workshop is free of charge and open exclusively to HR professionals and executives from AHK member companies.
