OakHill Development Academy, a company founded by German investors based in Muscat since 2007, signed a partnership agreement with the Technical University of Applied Sciences located in Rosenheim, Germany. The partnership contract aims to achieve a common interest: raising the standard of Human Resources Capital Development in Oman and in the region through training, coaching and facilitating experiential learning.

OakHill Development Academy has been very active in Human Resources Capital Development in Oman for more than ten years. OakHill Development Academy has an impressive growth rate and a very remarkable customers’ satisfaction rating from clientele in a number of different sectors: Petrochemical, Banking and Aviation being prime examples. Having close links between the university, commerce, industry and research has been a key success factors and the Technical University of Applied Sciences aim is to support this approach in Oman.
The partnership agreement was signed by George Eichenberg, Managing Partner of OakHill Development Academy and Prof. Dr. Heinrich Koester, the President of the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Rosenheim, Germany. Her Excellency, Dr. Muna Al Jardani, the Undersecretary for Technical Education and Vocational Training of the Ministry of Manpower attended the ceremony as the Guest of Honor, as well as His Excellency Thomas Schneider, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Oman. The ceremony gathered many respected guests and key figures from the public and private sectors.
