From November 4th - 8th 2023, AHK UAE hosted a delegation as part of the Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action’s (BMWK) Foreign Market Entry Programme, with a focus on Smart City technologies. After eventful days in Muscat, Oman, the delegation continued to their journey to Dubai.
The participants showcased the immense potential of German technologies, emphasizing their capability to revolutionize resource management, mobility, and energy efficiency in the region using AI and IoT technologies. Through insightful site visits and productive B2B meetings with key Dubai-based companies such as DP World, Al Gurg Group and DHL Innovation Centre, the delegation uncovered promising opportunities for innovative solutions "Made in Germany."
