The meeting will take place in the premises of MAN Truck & Bus Middle East FZE in the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA South, Street S103 – Google Maps).

As usual the AHK Automotive Roundtable will bring together representatives of German companies from the automotive sector based in the UAE, and provide them with an informal platform for discussion and exchange.

The main topic of the meeting will be the new UAE Vehicle Control System by ESMA that has come into effect from 1st January 2019, and the challenges it poses to the companies.

Ms. Taina Sateri, Trade Counsellor of the Delegation of the European Union to the UAE will be joining the roundtable and give a briefing about her ongoing talks with ESMA regarding the car parts certification/registration.
